The platform selectively activates an immune-silent receptor to drive non-inflammatory phagocytosis of pathological targets.
To enhance safety, effector-silencing mutations such as LALAPG are incorporated to minimize Fcγ receptor binding, thereby preventing the release of proinflammatory cytokines.
